This document, the "Privacy Policy" (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy"), outlines the rules for the use of Personal Information by the application "Avrora" (hereinafter referred to as the "Application").
By marking the "I agree" checkbox, which is accompanied by a link to this Policy, you (hereinafter also referred to as the "User") freely, voluntarily, and in your own interest give your written consent to the processing of Personal Information as set forth in this Policy.
1.1. This Policy is an integral part of the User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement"), posted and/or available on the Internet at: https://avrora.cc, as well as other agreements concluded with the User, where this is explicitly provided for by their terms. By entering into the Agreement and the specified agreements in the manner provided therein, including the use of the Application, you accept the terms of this Policy in full.
1.2. The methods of processing Personal Information include any actions (operations) or combinations of actions (operations), including collection, recording, systematization, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, destruction for the purposes established by this Policy, using automation tools or without such tools at the Application's discretion.
1.3. Terms and definitions used in the Privacy Policy are those provided in the Agreement and other agreements concluded with the User, unless otherwise specified in this Policy or implied by its nature. In other cases, the interpretation of terms used in the Policy is governed by applicable law, business practices, or academic doctrine.
2.1. For the purposes of this Policy, "Personal Information" means:
2.2. The Application has the right to set requirements for the Personal Information that must be provided for using the Application and the Service based on it. If certain information is not marked as mandatory by the Application, its provision or disclosure is at the User's discretion.
2.3. During User registration, the username (login), email address, and password must be provided.
2.4. For the purpose of concluding Agreements, the User may also provide the following personal data: name, job title, phone number.
2.5. Data disclosed by the User to an indefinite number of people. Using the functionality of the Application, the User can independently disclose (publish in the Application) profile information, which may include personal data such as last name, first name, gender, date of birth, and phone number.
2.6. The Application collects and stores data about the User's actions in the Service using log files. If the actions are performed by an authorized User, such information is linked to the User's identifier.
2.7. The User acknowledges and accepts the possibility of third-party software being used on the Site and in the Mobile Application, which may result in these third parties receiving and transmitting the data mentioned in 2.1.2 in anonymized form.
2.8. The Application is not responsible for how Personal Information is used by third parties with whom the User interacts as part of using the Application and/or Service.
3.1. The legal grounds on which the Application processes Personal Information include:
4.1. The Application does not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 18, does not request such data, and does not allow them to use the Application. Individuals under 18 are not permitted to provide personal information, including name, address, phone number, and email address. If the Application becomes aware that information has been collected from a child under 18, the Application will delete such information.
5.1. The Application processes, including collecting and storing, Personal Information necessary for concluding and fulfilling agreements with the User, as well as information made publicly available by the User by filling out their profile and setting preferences in the Personal Account.

6.2. These rights can be exercised using tools provided by the Application in the Application or by sending a specific request to the Application through the methods described below. The Application will respond promptly to any such requests in accordance with applicable law. In some cases, the Application may ask the User to undergo an identification procedure before processing the request.
7.1. All collected Personal Information is stored only for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which the information was collected or for the period permitted or required by applicable law. The Application periodically reviews its data processing systems to determine whether the purposes for collecting and processing users' personal data remain valid. This determination is based on various factors, including but not limited to: whether the User maintains a relationship with the Application, whether the Application has fulfilled the User’s requests (including any additional tasks), and whether there are contractual or legal grounds for continuing to store the User's personal data. Based on the results of such reviews and notifications received from data subjects, the Application updates its systems.
7.2. To enhance the quality of the Service and ensure legal protection, the Application may retain log files of actions performed by the User in connection with the use of the Application and/or Service, as well as related to the conclusion and performance of agreements with the User, for up to 1 (One) year from the date of such actions.
8.1. The Application stores Personal Information and ensures its protection from unauthorized access and disclosure in accordance with internal rules and regulations.

The confidentiality of the User's Personal Information is maintained, except for information disclosed by the User to an unrestricted audience (as per section 2.4 of this Policy) and other cases where the Application’s technology or the settings of the User’s software allow for open sharing of information with other Application users or any Internet users.
9.1. The Application may transfer Personal Information to third parties in the following cases:

11.1. This Policy may be changed or terminated by the Application unilaterally without prior notice to the User. The new version of the Policy takes effect from the moment it is posted on the Application’s Website, unless otherwise specified in the new version of the Policy.
